No, we do not provide return shuttle service from the cruise terminal. Most guests use taxis or rideshare services to return to the city or airport after their cruise.
Early check-in is based on availability. If your room isn’t ready when you arrive, you’re welcome to store your luggage with us and begin exploring downtown Seattle.
Yes, we’re happy to store your bags temporarily on your arrival or departure day.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to store luggage for extended periods while guests are away on cruises.
Unless you are checking into the hotel, we’re unable to hold luggage after you’ve checked out and returned from your cruise. However, Port Valet offers a complimentary service in partnership with the Port of Seattle that transfers your luggage directly from your cruise ship to your airline, allowing you to enjoy your time in Seattle luggage-free.
Parking is available during your hotel stay, but we do not currently offer long-term parking for cruise travelers. If you need extended parking, our team recommends parking at the terminal.
